Hyper-realism Human head
Circa 2022
A fantastic hyper-realism bust of an aged adult man, cast in resin from a mould taken from the original clay sculpture, with the highest quality prosthetic glass eyes and individual implanted hairs, supported upon an ebonised pedestal base, enclosed beneath a modern circular glass dome.

Hyper Realism Clown

Rene’ Gustave 1884-1938
A wonderful hyper realism bust of a circus clown, Rene’ Gustave, his face painted in traditional make up, his left damaged many years ago in a bar brawl with a one armed prostitute in a Singapore whore house bar, after leaving the navy Gustave’ followed his love of the unusual and joined a travelling circus, whereupon he married Beatrice a three legged midget who had a penchant for alcohol, tattoos, and midnight naked al fresco swimming, mounted upon an ebonised pedestal, enclosed beneath a modern circular glass dome, supported upon the original base.

“Lucy”
Hyper Realism Chimpanzee

A fantastic hyper-realism head mount of “Lucy” an adult female Chimpanzee, cast in resin from a mould taken from the original clay sculpture, with the highest quality glass eyes and individual implanted hairs, supported upon an ebonised obelisk, enclosed beneath a modern circular glass dome, with supporting circular base raised on three bun feet, diameter 35cm, overall height 69cm, artist’s impressed signature to underside, bearing ivorine name plaque to base front – “Lucy”.

Venus
My Venus was sculptured in water basis clay this was my first large torso sculptor.
This work will be carving in wood with Japanese tattoos on the back and sides. After this was sculpted it was moulded in silicone then casts have been made in marble, bronze effect and polymer plaster with a stone look. Casts can be displayed inside or outside
The wood carving will be on my wood carving page later this year, casts are made to order.

Horned Devil Head
The sculpting of a devil has been on my idea list for many years, this was first made in pewter as a escutcheon cast in pewter you can see these on my pewter and bronze page.
The head has been sculpted to be carved in wood then will have cows horns added to the carving these will be available later in the year.
These cast are done in polyester resin so can be displayed inside or outside. The head was sculpted in water basis clay moulding in silicone then cast in resin the work in progress can be seen on my instagram page.

The Medieval King
The idea for my medieval king has come from a stone carving in a cathedral . This 3/4 life size face has been cast in a polymer plaster making it suitable for inside or outside display. Cast in a realistic stone gives the king an amazing finish as if carved from solid sand stone.
The King was sculpted in an oil base clay which gives lots of working time to give me the finish of a carved head I was working to achieve. The finished head was moulded in silicone to produce a master in resin, a limited edition will be made in polymer plaster. You can see the work in progress on the Medieval King on my Instagram page

Tudor Queen
Working with a royal theme I sculpted the Queen after the King. I was wanting something more elaborate so I chose a Tudor queen. This life size bust was cast in a polymer plaster making it suitable for inside or outside display. Cast in a realistic stone gives the Tudor Queen an amazing finish as if carved from solid sandstone .
The Tudor Queen is based on Elizabeth 1st sculpted in an oil base clay which gives lots working time to give me the finish of a carved head, I use beads for the jewellery in her hair which stands out in the casting . Jousting Knights
Keeping with the Royal medieval theme I wanted to do a pair of charging knight to go with the Kings head. The idea of these knights are from a wood carving for a cathedral. Cast in a realistic stone gives these jousting knights an amazing finish as if carved from solid sand stone which can be it suitable for inside or outside display

Cast in polymer plaster these cast are suitable for inside or outside display but to finish them for inside display an oak frame set is available the oak is fumed then oiled to give a gothic look
